HOW TO WIN
The winner will be announced on May 7 via instagram @cdsabiduria and will have 5 months to complete three one-hour sessions.

Through both therapy and public speaking, she helps individuals build emotional insight, overcome limiting narratives, and reclaim confidence, emotional control and a strong sense of self.
Antuanett integrates evidence-based practices with culturally responsive care to foster meaningful, lasting change. She honors every client’s story—whether they are beginning therapy for the first time or returning to continue their healing journey. Her guidance creates a space grounded in respect, connection, and emotional safety.
