The winner will be announced on May 7 via instagram @cdsabiduria and will have 5 months to complete three one-hour sessions.

Hola! I am a licensed mental health therapist with over six years of experience guiding individuals through transformative emotional and cognitive growth. I have worked with clients ranging from ages 8 to 65, supporting them through life transitions, emotional challenges, and identity development.
Over 5,000 individuals have engaged in therapeutic work with me, building emotional insight, overcoming limiting beliefs, and reclaiming confidence, structure, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of self.
My approach integrates evidence-based practices with culturally responsive care to foster meaningful and lasting change. I honor each client’s unique story, whether they are beginning therapy for the first time or continuing their healing journey.
