What can you expect from us
Thorough and Culturally Sensitive Evaluations: specialize in trauma informed that centers your client’s story, resilience and background
First Language Services: you can expect your client share their stories in their own words and first language (without the need of interpreters, extra scheduling or added fees. All final reports are delivered in English.
Quick Turnaround Times: evaluations are typically completed and delivered within 10 to 15 business day after final sessions.
Timelines may vary depending on the client’s availability, scheduling, and participation.
We provide culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care psychological evaluation to various types of cases:
VAWA (Violence Against Women Act)
Political Asylum
U Visa and T Visa
Cancellation of Removal
Extreme Hardship Waivers
Payments and Fees
Evaluations begin at $1,500, which includes:
One initial clinical session (approximately 2 hours), conducted either in person or via Zoom
Completion of a formal, professional written evaluation (approximately 3–4 hours)
This typically represents a total of approximately 6 hours of clinical and administrative work.
Payment Structure:
A non-refundable deposit.
We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash, Credit/debit (3% processing fee).
These Evaluations are not typically covered by insurance. This process needs to be paid out of pocket by the client or their sponsor.
Additional Services:
In some cases, additional time or sessions may be necessary depending on the complexity of the case. Any additional services will be discussed in advance and are billed separately at a rate of $250 per session, based on the level of care and time required.
